Without objection, CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 72(FIN) was adopted. Senator Stevens moved and asked unanimous consent that the bill be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading and placed on final passage. Senator Therriault objected. Without objection, it was so ordered. Senator Hoffman gave notice of reconsideration.
